General conditions governing access to and use of the cybersecurity software distribution platform.
Securefirstdistribution S.A. (hereinafter, "Securefirst") offers its enterprise clients a B2B platform for the acquisition, management, and deployment of cybersecurity software licenses and corporate firewalls. The service includes access to the control panel for IT administrators, detailed technical documentation, and deployment options on cloud infrastructure.
These terms apply to all legal entities that contract Securefirst's services, as well as to authorized users acting on behalf of such companies. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these conditions.
To access the control panel, the client must complete corporate registration by providing truthful and up-to-date information: company name, tax ID, contact details of the designated IT administrator, and corporate email domain. Securefirst will verify the applicant's identity before enabling access.
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. Any unauthorized use must be immediately reported to Securefirst via email at info@securefirstdistribution.com.
Software licenses acquired through the platform are granted under the terms of the original manufacturer. Securefirst acts as a wholesale distributor and does not modify the license conditions established by each provider. The client agrees to comply with said terms, including usage restrictions, number of users or devices, and license duration.
Redistribution, sublicensing, assignment, or transfer of licenses to third parties without the manufacturer's express authorization is prohibited. Breach of this clause will result in immediate suspension of the service.
The client declares and guarantees that:
Securefirst shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Securefirst's total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific license that gave rise to the claim.
Cybersecurity software is provided "as is," without warranties that it will detect or prevent all threats. Securefirst does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
All intellectual property rights to the platform, control panel, technical documentation, and website content belong to Securefirst or its licensors. The client acquires no rights to such elements beyond authorized access for service use.
Trademarks, logos, and trade names of software manufacturers are the property of their respective owners.
Securefirst will process personal and corporate data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at policy.html. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of technical and commercial information exchanged during the contractual relationship.
The client authorizes Securefirst to store platform usage records for service improvement, billing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
The service is contracted for renewable periods according to the chosen plan. Either party may terminate the agreement without cause by providing 30 days' written notice. Securefirst may immediately suspend or terminate the service if the client breaches any of the obligations set forth in these terms.
Upon termination, the client must cease using the platform and associated licenses, with no right to a refund for the unused period, except as otherwise provided by law.
Securefirst reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the client via the registered email address or through a notice on the control panel at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
